ABOUT THE AIM COMMITTEE
The AIM Committee is charged with executing the Fraternity’s AIM Project. The AIM Project is a hybrid leadership development program aimed at enhancing alumnae board-level competencies and high-level leadership skills. The program consists of Strengthscope assessment, virtual modules and group conference calls with relevant guest speakers.
The committee's goals for 2023 include:
Evaluate the overall success of the program from start to finish by assessing the application and exit process, as well as participant surveys.
Create new content to open participation in the AIM Program to include volunteers interested in service on the NHC and Foundation board.
Utilize the different levels of the AIM Leadership Competency model to create three different tracks of the AIM program: Leading Oneself (emerging leaders), Leading Others (mid-level leaders) and Leading Organizations (board serve preparation).
The committee meets on the first and third Monday of the month at 9:00 P.M. ET / 6:00 P.M. PT. Ongoing time commitment varies on project and schedule. Members will have assigned deadlines and participate in regular check-ins.
