ABOUT THE AIM COMMITTEE

The AIM Committee is charged with executing the Fraternity’s AIM Project. The AIM Project is a hybrid leadership development program aimed at enhancing alumnae board-level competencies and high-level leadership skills. The program consists of Strengthscope assessment, virtual modules and group conference calls with relevant guest speakers.

The committee's goals for 2023 include:

  • Evaluate the overall success of the program from start to finish by assessing the application and exit process, as well as participant surveys.

  • Create new content to open participation in the AIM Program to include volunteers interested in service on the NHC and Foundation board.

  • Utilize the different levels of the AIM Leadership Competency model to create three different tracks of the AIM program: Leading Oneself (emerging leaders), Leading Others (mid-level leaders) and Leading Organizations (board serve preparation).

The committee meets on the first and third Monday of the month at 9:00 P.M. ET / 6:00 P.M. PT. Ongoing time commitment varies on project and schedule. Members will have assigned deadlines and participate in regular check-ins.
