"While I was a collegian, I had the opportunity to lead the Greek Council and later be our chapter's archon. These roles provided me with experience in people and project management, goal setting, networking and more — skills that have been invaluable in running a small business."
Where has your career path taken you since graduation?
Shortly after graduation, I went traveling, and a few years ago I moved halfway across the world after marrying a beautiful Irishman! This extroverted, perfectionist found the transition hit HARD! So I made a plan, I started my business Calibrated Concepts to have the flexibility I needed. Now my team and I design websites and systems for small businesses all around the world.
How has Phi Sigma Sigma impacted your career?
While I was a collegiate, I had the opportunity to lead the Greek Council and later be our chapter's archon. These roles provided me with experience in people and project management, goal setting, networking and more — skills that have been invaluable in running a small business.
What advice would you give today's collegians?
You never know where life is going to take you! But the bonds you're building as a sister of Phi Sigma Sigma will last for life. Take every opportunity you can to learn, grow and connect because we all mean it when we say Once A Phi Sigma Sigma, Always a Phi Sigma Sigma 💛💙
