Meet the Educational Leadership Consultants
We are excited to introduce our 2022-2023 educational leadership consultants (ELCs). ELCs are responsible for working directly with Phi Sigma Sigma’s collegiate chapters and local volunteers to provide the best possible support and member experience for all sisters.

Sophiana Botich is a graduate of Lindenwood University and an alumna of the Iota Phi Chapter. As a collegian, Sophiana served in a number of leadership roles including archon and membership recruitment chairman. She is the recipient of Phi Sigma Sigma's 2020-2021 Jeanine Jacobs Goldberg Archon of the Year Award. Sophiana was an active member of her campus community, a two-time orientation leader and Lindenwood Presidential Amabassador. Additionally, she worked on campus as an administrative assistant for Residential Life at Lindenwood University. She lives in Crown Point, Indiana.
Megan Lowe is a graduate of Indiana University Southeast and an alumna of the Epsilon Chi Chapter. As a collegian, Megan held numerous leadership roles within her chapter, including serving two terms as archon. While completing her degree, Megan worked full-time at UPS as a shift administrative assistant. Megan lives in Louisville, Kentucky.
Reese VanDerMolen is a graduate of Bridgewater State University and an alumna of Epsilon Iota Chapter. As a collegian, Reese held several leadership positions including vice archon and risk management chairman. Additionally, she served her campus' Panhellenic Association as vice president of recruitment and vice president of programming. Reese was active in the campus community, serving as a tour guide and orientation leader. Additionally, Reese worked as a social media content creator for Bridgewater State University. Reese lives in Kingston, Massachusetts.
