Why did you want to be a leadership development consultant (LDC)?

I wanted to become a LDC as soon as I met Caitlin Joseph during the colonization process at UNH. She was such role model to me and she inspired me to want to be a LDC.

What is your favorite memory from your time as a LDC?

My favorite memory was work week and recruitment at the Theta Chapter at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. It was my first time in Illinois!

What skills did you learn as a LDC?

As a LDC I honed my skills on conflict management/resolution, team building, leadership styles, autonomy and collaborative communication. I hope to transfer these skills to a career in marketing in Boston or NYC!

I learned that we have strong and passionate alumna of Phi Sigma Sigma that continue to empower each other.

“The world needs strong women. Women who will lift and build others, who will love and be loved. Women who live bravely, both tender and fierce. Women of indomitable will.” - Amy Tenney
