ADVICE FROM LAST YEAR'S PARTICIPANTS
"Apply! Applying does not hurt you in any way. This is a chance you will not get anywhere else, and a great experience to be able to say you were part of. The only way to grow as a person is to step out of your comfort zone and take the chance for self-reflection. I know I will remember and reflect on this moment for the rest of my life."
- Ali Barto, Theta Iota Chapter at the University of Michigan - Flint
"If a member is considering applying for the Emerging Leaders Program, I would tell them that they should 100% do it. Everybody is so kind, there is nothing to be nervous about, and you learn so much about others and yourself."
- Emma Bollinger, Zeta Omicron Chapter at Kutztown University
"The Emerging Leaders Program is a way to have fun and to learn more about yourself- yourself as a leader specifically, and engage with other people in your organization so you can in the future make a difference in your own chapter."
- Kat Kormanik, Delta Omega Chapter at Pace University
"Attending the Emerging Leaders Program was 100% worth it!! Getting to meet sisters from across the country and learning how to improve as a leader alongside them is a unique opportunity you don't come across very often."
