Caryn Feldman Hired as Director of Housing
Phi Sigma Sigma Headquarters is pleased announce that Caryn Feldman has been hired as director of housing. In this new role, Caryn will be responsible for overseeing general housing operations, housing staff and vendors to maintain safe and secure facilities and ensure the highest level of service is provided to residents and members.
For the past nine years, Caryn has supported the Phi Sigma Sigma National Housing Corporation (NHC) as director of housing services, overseeing housing operations for NHC properties. As director of housing, Caryn will leverage her expertise to provide support to all chapters with housing facilities, including NHC properties, LHC properties and university properties.
"We are thrilled to have Caryn as a full-time staff member overseeing our housing services. Caryn brings almost a decade of housing expertise from her work with the NHC which will be vital as we expand our services to support all housing chapters," said Executive Director Michelle Ardern. "We believe in curating a premier membership experience for our members and recognize the important role the Phi Sigma Sigma house plays in that experience for our housed chapters. With the addition of this new full-time staff position, we will be able to expand our housing services to ensure all Phi Sigma Sigma residences contribute to the premier membership experience our chapters strive to provide."
Caryn brings a depth of knowledge and experience to this position. In addition to her experience with the NHC, she has served as the executive director for Temple Shaarei Shalom in Boynton Beach, Florida since 2016. Caryn has a Master’s Degree in Public Health Administration from Rutgers University, New Jersey and is an alumna of the Epsilon Theta Chapter at Montclair State University. She lives in West Palm Beach, Florida with her husband, Erik.
