Vanessa is an intermediate gift specialist for the Alzheimer's Association, and is a seasoned development and fundraising professional. She has significant expertise in event planning and community outreach, communications and corporate coalition building. Vanessa has served the Fraternity and Foundation in a variety of roles since 2003, including chapter key advisor, community archon and chapter finance chairman. Vanessa and her husband, Leo, live in Pensacola, Florida with their children, Gabriel, Baker and Marylee.

Melissa Sylvester
Beta Psi Chapter at the University of Florida
Melissa is a senior planned giving investment specialist with PNC Institutional Asset Management. She is responsible for managing charitable gift annuity, charitable trust and pooled income funds on behalf of charitable organizations. She has served in various positions throughout her Phi Sigma Sigma experience including several committees and task forces and within her local alumnae chapters. She previously served on the Foundation board from 1999 to 2001. Melissa lives in Pittsburgh, PA.

Marcie Berson

Marcie is a long-time volunteer of Phi Sigma Sigma and has served in a number of volunteer roles including serving as a chapter key advisor, member of the alumnae engagement Ccmmittee, member of the NPC Delegation and on a number of other committees and task forces. She is also the sponsor of the Phi Sigma Sigma Foundation's Marcie Sabrin Berson Service Scholarship, which was introduced in 2021. Marcie retired in 2023 from her position as the Chief Operating Officer of and Co-Owner of Yellow Box Company, an e-commerce company specializing in shelf-stable beverages and foods. Marcie lives in Fairfield, Connecticut with her husband, Yury, and son, Alexy.

Lisa is the vice president of sales for Corporate Essentials. She is responsible for sales team leadership, development and training. Lisa coordinates all B2B business development through strategic relationships, partnerships and RFPs for new account acquisition. Lisa brings over 26 years of volunteer experience with the Fraternity to the Foundation. She has served as chapter key advisor, extension committee chairman, Leadership Conference program facilitator and member of multiple committees and task forces. Lisa and her husband, Christopher, live in Monroe Township, New Jersey. They have two children, Parker and Madison.

Tess Stovall

Tess serves as the Executive Director of the Tennessee Public Charter School Commission, and before this role, she was the Director of Charter Schools for the Tennessee State Board of Education for six years. Tess currently serves Phi Sigma Sigma as grand archon. Prior to her election as grand archon, Tess Stovall completed her third term on Supreme Council, most recently serving as Grand Vice Archon and previously as a director. She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of The George Washington University where she earned Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Political Science and Sociology and a graduate of the London School of Economics where she earned a Master of Science Degree in Political Sociology. Tess lives outside Nashville, Tennessee with her husband Jeremy and twins, Owen and Sloane.

Michelle Ardern
Delta Iota Chapter at Central Michigan University
Michelle serves as the executive director of Phi Sigma Sigma, Inc. and has led the day-to-day operations of the Fraternity for more than 15 years. She has served on Phi Sigma Sigma's staff for more 30 years, including serving as the Phi Sigma Sigma Foundation executive director. Michelle serves in several leadership capacities in the interfraternal community, including as the president elect of the Fraternity Executives Association and as a past president of the National Panhellenic Conference Executive Directors Association. Michelle and her husband, Paul, live in Dundalk, Maryland.

Amanda M. Uliano

Amanda manages her own law practice, where she provides advice to clients on various business legal matters and represents clients in a broad range of commercial litigation and community association matters. Amanda dedicates much of her time to serving her community through service on outreach committees and non-profit boards. She has previously served the Fraternity on its Legal Advisory Board. Amanda lives in Tampa Bay, Florida.
